1.How safe are your products?

Safety is our number one priority.
Our bicycle helmets/BMX helmets meet the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) safety standard, which is required by law. For more information, please visit http://www.cpsc.gov/.
Some of our bicycle helmets exceed the basic required safety standard and carry either a Snell B95-A Certification, which are safety standards for adult helmets or Snell B95-C Certification, which are safety standards for children helmets for children under 5 years of age. In our company nine year history, our products were never on the recall list.

2. How come your prices are lower than others?

We are a manufacturer. We sell the manufactured products directly and therefore can sell them at lower prices. Through our CNS program, we sell the manufactured products to non-profit organizations and have garnered much directly-selling experience through this program over the years.

3. Are these helmets and boosters used?

When a collision occurs, the helmet or boosters may have been internally damaged that is not apparent on the outside and it is no longer considered to be safe for future use. It is difficult to discern whether a used product has been damaged, and therefore we do not sell used products and do not suggest that our customers buy them.
